About Avara Wellness Care
Avara Wellness Care was created to provide thoughtful, individualized virtual healthcare without the pressure of rushed visits.
We believe meaningful care starts with understanding your concerns, your goals, and the bigger picture of your health.
Care designed around you.
Our Approach
Health concerns rarely exist in isolation. Hormones, metabolism, sleep, nutrition, stress, and lifestyle can all influence how you feel. Avara takes a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach while keeping care practical, and manageable.
Our approach combines clinical care, counseling, education, and shared decision-making to help you understand your options and determine appropriate next steps. When a concern requires care outside Avara’s scope or cannot be safely managed through telehealth, we recommend evaluation by appropriate in-person, primary care, specialty, urgent, or emergent evaluation.
Our Philosophy
We believe patients should understand their health and have an active role in decisions about their care. Our goal is to provide clear information, thoughtful recommendations, and the time needed to consider your options.
Avara is designed to complement—not replace—comprehensive primary care, specialty care, or emergency services.
Our Commitment to Patients
We are committed to:
Clear, respectful communication
Evidence-informed care
Shared decision-making
Individualized recommendations
Respect for each patient’s goals, preferences, and pace
