What We Offer

Good Faith Estimates & Additional Costs

Avara Wellness Care is a self-pay practice. Visit fees are disclosed in advance and are paid at the time of scheduling. As a direct-pay patient, you have the right to receive a written estimate of expected charges. Learn more about your Good Faith Estimate rights.

Third party charges are billed separately and may require separate estimates from those providers. These costs are not included in Avara’s visit fees and may include laboratory testing, imaging, medications as dispensed from a pharmacy, and care provided by outside healthcare professionals or facilities. Costs for these services are determined by the individual third-party provider. Avara does not bill for or control charges from third-pary providers, and those providers may have their own estimate or payment policies.

When possible, we will help you understand what testing or outside services may be recommended before you proceed. Avara does not control or guarantee third-party pricing, insurance coverage, or reimbursement by your insurance plan.
