Wellness Coaching

This is a 12-week, personalized wellness coaching program focused on daily habits that support how you want to feel and function.

How Does Coaching Work

This LifeForce Wellness Coaching program provides structured, personalized support between Medical Wellness Visits , helping you apply and sustain your care in everyday life. We align the focus based on your goals and medical care.

  1. Choose from our Core or Signature programs based on the level of support you prefer.

  2. Coaching begins with identifying goals and priorities aligned with your goals and medical care.

  3. Ongoing support is provided over 12 weeks, through weekly check-ins via our secure portal.

  4. Signature Coaching includes a monthly, one-on-one 30-minute live coaching session, allowing for real-time discussion, adjustments, and deeper support.

  5. If needed, an additional live coaching session can be added.

Wellness coaching is optional, but highly recommended to for added structure and support as you implement lifestyle changes between medical visits.

Wellness Coaching in Texas

Coaching Includes

  • Nutrition education and practical lifestyle strategies

  • Support with meal timing, consistency, and food choices

  • Movement and strength habit support (non-fitness instruction)

  • Sleep, stress, and routine-building support

  • Goal-setting aligned with your Medical Wellness care plan

  • Encouragement and problem-solving between medical visits

Coaching Does Not Include

  • Treatment of medical conditions

  • Medical care, diagnosis, or treatment

  • Medication prescription management or adjustments

  • Prescribed or individualized meal plans

  • Medical nutrition therapy (dietitian)

  • Fitness training programs or exercise prescriptions

  • Lab review or interpretation

  • Emergency or urgent care services

LifeForce Lifestyle Wellness Coaching is grounded in evidence-informed lifestyle principles. All coaching tracks cover basic lifestyle wellness. We just adjust the focus to your goals.

  • LifeForce Metabolic - weight loss support

  • LifeForce Momentum - specific GLP-1 Lifestyle support

  • LifeForce Balance - midlife changes and menopause support

  • LifeForce Strength - men’s metabolic and strength support

  • LifeForce Calm - energy, stress, and sleep support

  • LifeForce Prime - bone health, balance, independence, long-term function
